Position Available: Service Coordinator/ Administrator

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Service Coordinator/Administrator to ensure all technicians have a continuous flow of productive work, and client KPI’s are met. Experience with scheduling would be considered advantageous.

The Role

This role offers a lot of variety in tasks, and we are looking for someone with exceptional communication skills to provide administrative support, which includes answering phones, invoicing, creating reports, record keeping for compliance purposes, entering purchase orders, creditor invoice processing and queries, plus much more.

The ideal candidate will be reliable, outgoing, mature minded, and have excellent attention to detail.

Duties include but not limited to:

  • Schedule and track resource allocation.

  • Ensure resource mobilization is based on customer entitlements and contractual obligations.

  • Work in collaboration with project team members to ensure successful delivery of a service solution.

  • Checking and managing technicians’ timesheets and service reports

  • Monitoring and managing work requests generated in our systems

  • Processing of completed jobs and invoicing

  • Data entry using Microsoft Excel, Word and Great Plains.

  • General office administration support as required.

Skills Required:

  • Intermediate computer skills and a basic understanding of accounting functions

  • Friendly, outgoing and positive attitude

  • Willingness to learn

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Professional presentation, reliable and punctual

  • Outstanding eye for detail and able to meet deadlines

  • Previous administration experience desirable
